What are the delivery times?
We ship our watches worldwide via DHL. Shipping times are between 1-2 days for Europe, 3-4 days for the rest of the World. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic some regions are experiencing delays with their local couriers.
Do I need to pay for the shipping?
No. We pay for standard delivery, so you don't have to deal with it.
Will I pay for customs and duties?
All customers within EU have their costs covered. Customers from countries outside of European Union will be charged by local rates when receiving their Chronotechna products.
Do I need to pay for the return?
Of course not, we take care of that if you do that within the first 30 days.
